Our mission is to foster a collaborative network for retailers, budtenders, and Licensed Producers, focused on elevating their businesses through comprehensive education, specialized training, innovative product development, and valuable customer feedback.

meet the founder

COURTNEY PRATT

President/CEO

Courtney is a seasoned sales professional with over 13 years of corporate national sales experience and has been actively involved in the legal cannabis industry since 2018. Her deep knowledge of the Canadian cannabis sector has driven much of her career, where she focuses on curating and executing high-profile events for both the liquor and cannabis industries.

In 2022, she launched Token Tuesday, recognizing the need for local events that celebrate and support industry sales professionals. These events create a platform for staff and customers to exchange insights, explore new innovations, and share product knowledge.

Token Tuesday has quickly grown in popularity, with four sold-out events held in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Each event draws 25-30 Licensed Producers from across Canada and welcomes 250-400 budtenders and industry professionals eager to enhance their understanding of cannabis.

STAFF ENGAGEMENT & EDUCATION

Licensed Producers provide comprehensive training and education on their brands to budtenders, buyers, owners, and industry staff. This ensures that customers receive an authentic representation of the products, fostering brand loyalty and delivering exceptional customer service, with accurate guidance on safe consumption. Additionally, budtenders gain valuable insights into new product releases, launch timelines, and future brand expansion plans.

COMMUNITY

We take pride in creating a welcoming and safe environment where staff and retail employees can freely explore booths, ask questions, and deepen their knowledge of the incredible cannabis plant. Our focus is also on giving back to the local community through charitable donations.
