Booth ReservationS
By reserving a booth at our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booth Reservation Finality
All booth reservations are non-refundable. Once a booth is booked and payment is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Age Requirement
AB events are 18+ only, MB and SK events are 19+ only. All booth participants, staff and any representatives working at your booth must be at least 18 years of age in AB, or 19 years of age in MB or SK on the day of the event. Valid government-issued ID may be required upon entry.
3. Booth Setup & Breakdown
Booth setup times will be provided by event organizers in advance. Vendors are responsible for setting up and taking down their booths within the designated time slots. Late setup or early takedown may result in removal from future events.
4. Permitted Items & Conduct
Only products and services that have been pre-approved by event organizers may be displayed or sold at your booth. The event reserves the right to request removal of any unapproved or inappropriate materials at its sole discretion. Vendors must comply with all applicable local laws and venue rules.
5. Electricity and Special Requests
Access to electricity and other special accommodations must be requested at the time of booth reservation. These accommodations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
6. Liability Waiver
The event organizers (Pratt Holdings Inc.), venue, and affiliated partners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring before, during, or after the event. Booth vendors are responsible for securing their own property and insurance if necessary.
7. Booth Placement
Placement of booths is at the sole discretion of the event organizers. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
8. Promotion & Media
By reserving a booth, you grant the event organizers the right to use photos or video that may include your booth or brand for future promotional purposes
9. Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may affect participation in future events.
Ticket PurchaseS
By purchasing a ticket to our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Sales Finality
All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased and payment is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Age Requirement
AB events are 18+ only, MB and SK events are 19+ only. All booth participants, staff and any representatives working at your booth must be at least 18 years of age in AB, or 19 years of age in MB or SK on the day of the event. Valid government-issued ID may be required upon entry.
3. Entry & Check-In
Tickets must be presented at check-in, either printed or digitally. Entry will not be granted without a valid ticket. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.
4. Conduct & Safety
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or offensive. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items and materials are strictly prohibited on the premises and may not be brought into, worn, or displayed at any time: (a) outside food or beverages; (b) weapons of any kind, whether real or replica, including but not limited to firearms, knives, explosives, or any object that, in our sole discretion, may be used as a weapon; (c) illegal drugs or controlled substances, as well as any related paraphernalia; and (d) clothing, symbols, signage, or other items that, in our sole discretion, indicate actual or implied affiliation with criminal organizations or gangs, promote or glorify violence, discrimination, or hate, or are otherwise intended to provoke, intimidate, harass, or unduly disrupt the experience of others. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe or offensive due to non-compliance with this provision, without any obligation to refund or compensate.
6. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and videos may be used by event organizers for promotional purposes across digital and print platforms.
7. No Re-entry
Re-entry to the event may be restricted. Please plan accordingly as re-admittance is not guaranteed once you leave the venue.
8. Event Changes
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event lineup, location, or schedule. All efforts will be made to communicate any significant changes in advance.
9. Liability Waiver
The event organizers (Pratt Holdings Inc.), venue, and affiliated partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft sustained during the event. Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal property and safety.
10. Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund. Future access to events may also be revoked.
