Our mission is to build a network that elevates retailers, budtenders, and producers through education, training, innovation, and feedback.
EVENT PURPOSE
STAFF ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION
Licensed Producers provide comprehensive training and education on their brands to budtenders, buyers, owners, and industry staff.
This ensures that customers receive an authentic representation of the products, fostering brand loyalty and delivering exceptional customer service, with accurate guidance on safe consumption.
Additionally, budtenders gain valuable insights into new product releases, launch timelines, and future brand expansion plans.
COMMUNITY
We take pride in creating a welcoming and safe environment where staff and retail employees can freely explore booths, ask questions, and deepen their knowledge of the incredible cannabis plant. Our focus is also on giving back to the local community through charitable donations.
NETWORKING COCKTAIL PARTY
Join us for a networking evening after the trade show, featuring a DJ, cash bar, and complimentary snacks to keep you fueled. This is the perfect chance to connect with colleagues, Licensed Producers, industry professionals, and customers, where you can exchange creative ideas and forge valuable connections.
With a vibrant atmosphere and endless opportunities to network, this is an event you won’t want to miss!

EVENT DETAILS
This event is age-gated (19+). Budtenders, Buyers, Decision Makers, and Cannabis Business owners are invited to join us for a customer appreciation night.
To adhere to LGCA guidelines, it is recommended to avoid mixing alcohol and cannabis products during the event.
MEET THE LP’S
This event provides the perfect opportunity for Cannabis professionals to inquire directly with the LP’s regarding new product listings, feature products, while highlighting features and benefits of their brands.
NETWORKING
This is a great forum for all the stakeholders in our industry to gather, share insights, while furthering education which will benefit the industry as a whole, as well as our valued customers and partners.
CHARITABLE PARTNERSHIP
100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Teen Challenge in memory of our beloved colleague Ariel Glinter. We firmly believe it is crucial to give back to our local community, those in need and provide the necessary services to those struggling with mental health.
CASH BAR + FOOD
Cash bar with drink specials will be available for the duration of the event. An appetizer bar will on site in case you get hungry!
SILENT AUCTION
There will be silent auction prizes for guests to enter to win. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event.
SWAG
Stop by the LP tables to pick up some great promotional items, and limited released wearables that can assist with marketing your brand in retail!
BUYERS ONLY HOUR
Retail Cannabis Buyers who purchase cannabis for legal retail stores will be invited to enter and tour the trade show 1 hour before doors open to ticket holders from 6-7 pm.
This will provide a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere for our valued buyers to be able to connect and discuss product line-ups and possible purchasing opportunities with various LPs before doors are open to general ticket holders.
Buyers are asked to purchase a general ticket for $5.00 below and will be permitted to enter the event between 6-7 pm.
Buyers’ contact information will be supplied to all vendors participating in the trade show after the event.

Only One Brand Permitted Per Table - with the exception of the feature table! You must provide your own representation behind your booth during the event.
